At Mariners Learning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nautical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
